Working closely with Amy, Alana has developed into an exceptionally talented young stylist with a natural eye for beautiful colour. She may be at the beginning of her career, but her work already speaks for itself. With colouring skills beyond her years, a growing confidence behind the chair and a genuine passion for her craft, Alana is very much one to watch. Colour is where she truly shines, creating everything from bright, dimensional blondes to rich, glossy brunettes and beautifully considered transformations. Alongside building her colour column, Alana is continuing to develop her cutting skills with the same determination and attention to detail she brings to everything she does. As Amy’s right hand in the salon, she has gained invaluable hands-on experience across every part of salon life and we’re incredibly excited to watch the stylist she’s becoming

With seven years of experience in the hair industry, Amy specialises in bespoke colouring and possesses a remarkable eye for detail. She has trained with some of the leading hair professionals of her time, including Lee Quinn and Callum Tierney, who is known for styling Michelle Keegan’s hair, as well as Joseph L’Anson. Amy’s career has taken her around the globe, including prestigious events like New York Fashion Week, Gleneagles and social media events in Berlin, enriching her expertise.
As an experienced bridal stylist, Amy is renowned for creating timeless, elegant looks that enhance her clients’ natural beauty and complement their individual style—ensuring every bride feels confident, radiant, and effortlessly beautiful on her special day.
Not only does Amy have a wealth of knowledge that she passionately shares with the younger generation, but she also deeply values her clients, despite having a waiting list. Her true passion lies in elevating hair colour to its fullest potential while ensuring healthy, radiant locks. Additionally, she offers various methods of extensions to enhance and complement her stunning colour work.

With 16 years in the industry, Gemma is an incredibly experienced stylist with a true passion for her craft. A former Wella TrendVision Awards finalist, she is known for her exceptional technical ability, with particular strengths in precision haircutting and beautiful, bespoke colour
Gemma combines experience, creativity and attention to detail to create hair that feels considered, polished and completely individual to each client.

Shanel is a passionate stylist known for her expertise in colour and cutting. With a focus on enhancing natural tones, she takes time to understand each client’s vision and bring it to life. After taking a five-year break from hairdressing, Shanel picked up the scissors again and joined the salon in June 2024. Since then, she has devoted herself fully to refining her craft and has quickly worked her way up to become a Senior Stylist.
As a Kerasilk Specialist, Shanel’s deep knowledge of the brand stems from her own personal experience, allowing her to provide clients with exceptional results and tailored hair care advice. Her commitment to excellence and continued education in the latest trends and techniques has helped her build a strong, loyal client base in a remarkably short time.

Starting her journey at The Collective as a Saturday girl, Sara has grown into an incredibly talented stylist with a real passion for creating beautiful hair. Still very much our bouncy blow-dry queen, Sara has also begun building her career within the bridal world, where her love of styling and eye for detail really shine. More recently, Sara has expanded into hair extensions, training in a range of methods including tapes, bonds and wefts. She also offers the Hidden Weft method an ultra-discreet technique designed to create a beautifully seamless finish with minimal visibility. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and warm personality make her highly sought after by clients who love the luxury experience she provides.

Leigh is a talented Stylist and Extensionist — and one to watch! Since joining the salon, she has quickly earned the trust of clients and built a strong following for her expertise in blonding services and extensions.
A passionate young stylist with a clear vision for her career, Leigh is dedicated to perfecting her craft in all things blonde and extensions. She has trained with Daisy Goord, one of the industry’s leading blonding specialists, and is fully qualified with remi cachet extensions. Leigh’s enthusiasm, skill, and commitment to delivering flawless results make her a rising star within the salon team.

Lyndsey is the salon’s resident, self-employed makeup artist, bringing over nine years of experience in the beauty industry. Working in the salon from Thursday to Saturday, she specialises in bridal and occasion makeup, creating classic and timeless looks that enhance her clients’ natural features.
Known for her simple, polished style, Lyndsey’s approach focuses on effortless beauty helping every client feel confident, radiant, and camera-ready for their special day. Her calm and professional manner, paired with her refined artistry, has made her a trusted choice for brides and special occasions alike.
